anw had night training on friday, did passing, stern turns and sprinting. -_- guess it wasn't enough cause my muscles don't ache at all (N)
land training this morning, passing, pull ups and sets only haha.
looking forward to pool slotsssss. though we'll probably be stuck doing monkey ball/circle passing etc... :S
and i hope i dont turn into a lobster tmr at www if not i'll totally die on monday! ._.
and and, DOES ANY OF U LIVE IN A BIG BIG HOUSE AND DONT MIND THE WHOLE CP GOING THERE FOR FAREWELL PARTY??? ;D
