Went for land training today! Er i dieded very badly.. ): Super long never train liaoz. Sian.
Actually we didnt do a lot today.
2 rounds of warm up, 2 sets of 30 pushups, 30 crunches, 1min legraise, 1min bridge each side.
Did ball passing and cross passing.
Then played end zone captain ball or something. Haha. Super fun :D
Anywayyyy, i think PT like a bit borrrring. Any ideas on how to spice it upppppp? :D
